Hainan Kopitiam, Plaza Mont Kiara

These 'kopitiam' places are sprouting up everywhere. We tried this one out at Plaza Mont Kiara- it seemed quite popular (it was lunchtime).

I had the chicken kuay teow soup, which was okay. Nothing to shout about though, and certainly nowhere as nice as the ones you get in Ipoh. Just thinking of the Ipoh 'kai-see-hor-fun' makes my mouth water. Yum.

Hubby had the chicken curry kapitan, which he said wasn't great either. Also, the piece of chicken was rather small.

Don't think we'll be running back there anytime soon!
